Key Skills

This course equips learners with a range of practical skills essential for childcare and au pair roles. Participants will gain skills in understanding and supporting child development across physical, cognitive, emotional, and social stages. They will learn to apply basic health, hygiene, and safety practices, including childproofing and accident prevention. Skills in nutrition planning, preparing balanced meals, and encouraging healthy eating habits are developed.
