By the end of this course, caregivers will be able to confidently manage the daily needs of elderly patients living with chronic illnesses. They will demonstrate the ability to follow safe medication routines, support nutrition, mobility, hygiene, and other daily activities while preserving patient dignity. Caregivers will be skilled in monitoring and accurately reporting health changes, and in using clear, empathetic communication with both patients and families. They will be able to provide emotional support, guide families through stress, and promote positive coping strategies. Participants will also know how to follow emergency protocols and escalate care when necessary.
