Key Skills

Learners will develop a strong set of practical competencies that support calm, effective action in emergencies. These include systematic casualty assessment, confident CPR delivery, and precise AED operation. Participants will also learn techniques for relieving choking, reducing bleeding, supporting someone in shock, and stabilising injuries. Beyond hands-on skills, the training sharpens situational judgement, clear communication, and safe intervention practices—key abilities that empower individuals to provide meaningful assistance when every second matters

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion, participants will be able to navigate emergency situations with clarity and purpose. They will understand how to evaluate risks, prioritise care, and apply essential first aid procedures tailored to the needs of the casualty. Learners will demonstrate correct CPR techniques, competent AED usage, and effective responses to choking, wounds, and sudden medical conditions. They will also exhibit improved confidence, teamwork, and communication—critical elements in coordinated emergency response.
