By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of the "DASH" framework – simple wellbeing practices that can significantly boost your energy and performance. You will learn and apply three proven habit-building techniques to effectively bridge the gap between knowing what to do and consistently implementing healthy behaviors. Additionally, you will identify and address three common "brakes" that may be hindering your progress, such as procrastination, lack of motivation, or perfectionism.
