Fertility assessment of the infertile couple; ovarian stimulation protocols (long agonist, antagonist, mild); cycle monitoring and trigger selection; luteal phase support; semen analysis (WHO guidelines) and sperm preparation; IUI timing and technique; surgical sperm retrieval (PESA, TESA, TESE); oocyte identification and grading; conventional IVF and ICSI; embryo culture, grading and transfer; vitrification and cryopreservation; management of PCOS, OHSS and endometriosis; donor gamete programs, surrogacy and ART regulation.
By the end of the program participants will be able to independently assess and manage infertile couples; design individualised ovarian stimulation protocols and monitor IVF cycles; perform semen analysis, sperm preparation and IUI; understand oocyte retrieval, ICSI, embryo culture, grading, transfer and vitrification workflows; manage complex cases including PCOS, OHSS and endometriosis; counsel patients effectively; and apply the clinical, laboratory, regulatory and business knowledge needed to establish or join an IVF practice.
