By the end of the CMEC program, a counsellor can run the entire admissions journey for a medical professional without supervision. They can take a doctor's or nurse's profile — specialty, experience, and goal — and map it to the right Medicity course in seconds, then explain confidently how a fellowship differs from a diploma or certification, what the prerequisites are, and what outcome the course delivers. They speak to doctors as peers, not "leads," which is the single biggest credibility shift between an order-taker and a true education counsellor.
