Specific knowledge and skills have been developed in meeting the following standards: [2.42] Has experience of using DfE and sectorendorsed tools and principles (e.g. VmFI, Benchmarking, SRMSAC, SFVS and ICFP). [2.46] Can apply ICFP principles by considering curriculum needs in financial planning and model alternative approaches.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to accurately generate and interpret core ICFP metrics using thresholds, benchmarks, and contextual insight, and confidently collaborate with senior leaders to identify risks, explore opportunities, and make evidence-based strategic decisions that support effective and sustainable resource use.
