His background includes serving as a Registered Manager of an Outstanding-rated service, with extensive expertise across residential, domiciliary, and supported living settings. David specialises in supporting services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. He also holds a Level 7 qualification in Health and Social Care, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management. As a skilled educator and compliance advisor, he regularly delivers a wide range of statutory and specialist training and provides consultancy on quality improvement, CQC inspection readiness, and service turnaround.
