Facial anatomy & vascular mapping, in depth knowledge of the facial structures, mimetic facial muscles, and main facial vessels. Identifying safe zones and high-risk areas. Identifying the facial ageing process. Patient suitability, and product selection. Understanding the application of Botulinum Toxin. Understanding how product characteristics affect the outcome and longevity. Pain management and client comfort using topical anaesthetic. Photography and documentation. Aftercare protocol. Visually assessing each complication and understanding the step-by-step protocol for managing each one.
Students will confidently perform basic dermal filler and botulinum toxin techniques. They will develop the ability to assess facial structure and create bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Students will gain hands-on experience using needle only techniques to achieve safe, natural-looking results. They will demonstrate a clear understanding of facial anatomy, and product selection. Upon completion, students will be equipped to deliver foundation dermal filler and botulinum toxin treatments with precision, safety, and aesthetic expertise. Students will be fully aware of how to diagnose and treat in-clinic complications.
