1. Understand ISO 37001:2016 Requirements - Gain in-depth knowledge of the standard’s clauses, principles, and best practices for Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS). - Identify key compliance obligations and their impact on an organization’s anti-bribery policies. 2. Develop Advanced Audit Skills - Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on audits in accordance with ISO 19011 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems) and ISO/IEC 17021-1 (Requirements for Certification Bodies). - Apply risk-based auditing techniques to evaluate anti-bribery controls. 3. Lead and Manage Audit Teams - Understand the responsibilities of a Lead Auditor and develop leadership and team management skills. - Effectively communicate with auditees, stakeholders, and senior management. 4. Identify and Assess Anti-Bribery Risks - Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of bribery prevention measures. - Recognize indicators of non-compliance and areas for improvement. 5. Issue Audit Reports & Provide Recommendations - Document audit findings with objective evidence and provide recommendations for corrective actions. - Ensure that audit reports align with international auditing standards and best practices. 6. Enhance Compliance & Corporate Integrity - Support organizations in achieving ISO 37001 certification and maintaining an ethical business culture. - Promote continuous improvement and regulatory adherence in anti-bribery management systems. 7. Obtain a Lead Auditor Certification - Successfully complete the course and pass the Lead Auditor examination to qualify for a professional certification.
