By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to : - Define differentiation and dispel common misconceptions about it. - Analyze a lesson or unit plan and identify at least three specific opportunities for differentiation. - Design a simple pre-assessment to gauge student readiness for an upcoming topic. - Create at least one practical, ready-to-use differentiated tool (e.g., a choice board, a tiered activity, a learning station plan) for their own classroom context. - Develop a plan for establishing one new classroom routine to support a differentiated learning environment. - Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and problem-solve common challenges in implementing differentiation.
