Develop practical knowledge of the seven key steps and learn how to turn them into a simple, effective lesson plan that can be used with confidence. This learning equips participants with both foundational understanding and practical methods to support children’s emotional wellbeing in meaningful, everyday settings.

Learning Outcomes

By completing this training participants will be able - to plan and deliver structured relaxation and wellbeing sessions for teens using the ChargeUp/Relax Kids seven-step method. - demonstrate a working knowledge of child mental health and emotional development, - apply a range of practical techniques to support emotional regulation, resilience, self-esteem and self-soothing in children of different ages and needs. - show the ability to create calm, nurturing environments and adapt sessions to suit your group, drawing on a toolkit of mindfulness and relaxation approaches to support children's social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
