Dr. Agimol Pradeep BEM, a well-known national figure who led the initiative and campaign for SIFE, played a pivotal role in organizing the conference. The campaign, conducted purely on a volunteer basis, was independent of any association or organization. The SIFE team also included Pancy Jose (Freedom to Speak Up Guardian), Eldho Abraham, Jayam Rajamma, and Dr. Dilla Davis.
