Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to: - Identify their own early stress and fear signals while diving - Apply calming techniques (paced breathing, pausing) in mildly stressful underwater situations - Demonstrate improved observation of their environment and dive buddy - Use a structured decision sequence before reacting to minor in-water problems - Produce structured written reflections on their own diving experiences - Describe their personal growth in situational awareness across the programme
