1. Identify how your time and energy is spent covering all areas of life. 2. Reviewing your roles and if how you currently spend your time is what you want and identifying what needs to change. 3. Recognise the different seasons of life, energy levels and internal signals for each. 4. Identify your own season. 5. Review if you are living relevantly according to your own season. 6. Recall the impact you believe God wants you to have in this life. 7. Identify the result in three years’ time if you change nothing in how you spend your time. 8. Assess if how you spend time is aligned with the impact identified above. 9. Select one role or pattern that may need to change - not abandoned - in this current season.
