Learners will: 1) Have the ability to identify at a glance where they are in life and ministry. 2) Develop frank self-reflection and accountability. 3) Face issues of the soul with godly solutions. 4) Identify the people they are sent to. 5) Identifying their SPECIFIC God-given message. 6) Establish the route to accomplishing what God has called you to do. 7) Build confidence to step out and fulfil your assignment. 8) Recognise what feedback really is and how to give/receive it effectively and positively.
During and by the end of this course, Learners will: 1) Recognise where they are in life and ministry and where they want to be. 2) Have clarity on what God has called them to do at this point in life and ministry. 3) Face the issues of the soul (emotions, lack of confidence, mindsets, beliefs, past experiences, relationships etc) that can help or hinder in being productive, positive and pro-active in life and ministry. 4) Identify the people they are called to serve. 5) Identify their specific God-given message. 6) Create a plan they can follow step-by-step to begin or progress their ministry activities. 7) Recognise a key factor in learning to look after themselves in life and ministry
