Participants will develop - the ability to identify workplace hazards and evaluate their associated risk levels. - conduct and document structured risk assessments in line with HSE guidelines, - apply safe manual handling techniques, and identify and handle COSHH-regulated substances appropriately. - ability to communicate safety findings clearly to colleagues and supervisors and to contribute actively to workplace safety culture. This course references the UK Standard Skills Classification (SSC), developed by Skills England in partnership with the University of Warwick Institute for Employment Research.
